Is there such an app which I can install on all the computers in an office, that will log all files which are copied to a USB stick?

Or better still not let people copy files to a USB stick at all, without a password being entered?

What operating system are these computers running?
Are the files on the local computers or on a server/NAS?
Are they opened through a virtualizing software?


What types of files are being opened? Word, excel, pdf...?


The likely answer is no you cannot do what you are asking. But you could potentially disable the USB port to prevent files from leaving this office.
