USB Thumb Drive Problems With Macbook Pro

I'm having an issue with a particular USB drive and my Macbook Pro. This thumb drive will work on two other Mac Mini's I have. I can formate and use it with them. But when I plug it in to my Macbook Pro it won't show up any where. Can't even see it in Disk Utility. I can use other thumb drives with my Macbook Pro. Has anyone ever heard of something like this? Very weird.

No, the others work fine. But his one used to work?
