Does anyone know a good USB 2.0/3.0 to HDMI cable port so I can stream my MacBook through my TV? I can see a few on Google but they're pretty expensive...

oh, UK. you should have included that info (you can add it to your profile) so people don't invest their time providing irrelevant results.
Why usb to hdmi? This is not a straightforward cable but requires video circuitry. Hence the price.
Your MacBook must have some sort of digital video out. Depending on age it could be (mini)DVI, mini DisplayPort or Thunderbolt. These adapters should be available in your price range.
