Usb TV tuner

I am looking for a good USB TV tuner that I can use to get my mac setup as a PVR. The main requirement I need is one that is also compatible with Windows vista also (I am starting college in August and have 2 7 o'clock labs that will certainly interfere with my TV schedule so I want to be able to record those episodes) Ideally, the tuner will be set up permanently on my PC in the dorm, but will also be compatible with my MBP whenever I leave and come home or travel. Edit: I would like it to be <$100, but if the price becomes an issue, I can probably shift a bit

Elgato EyeTV Hybrid. There are a drivers for it under Windows if you look in a thread in the Home Theater forum.
