USB webcam for ichat

since the isight no longer exists at retail, we mac users are no longer (thank the computer gods) locked into buying a large, old, $130 webcam. what are some good webcams, that can be put on a notebook( ibook G4,12 inch last rev) and work with ichat?

i do have a 360, that would be a steal, but that guy could be full of it and going after the digg effect
