I was wondering if there is a program that i can buy or download for a mac that will allow device initiated capture for my usb webcam?

Thank you, I'm a developer for a UVC device for Windows and just wanted to make sure that this device could be used on a Mac OS and that the buttons on the device could still be used to capture a still image with this program running?
