Hello,

My new MBP No Touch have this problem. I bought new 32GB sandisk ultra 3.0 flash drive and use adapter to plug in to type-c port.

Here is the problem, the flash drive detected and have no problem transfer file with no error, the problem is Wi-Fi instantly drop out after i plug the USB3.0 flash drive.

I try use 2.0 flash drive, have no problem transfer file and the Wi-Fi working fine.

I try charging my MBP and plug in 3.0 flash drive, The Wi-Fi working fine.

Anyone have this problem, and my router running 2.4ghz mode.

Apple isn't able to test every device. I'd suggest reading reviews online of specific devices to see what others' results are. I personally find cheap cables to be the worst culprit, followed closely by those miniature USB drives.

Based on this Intel document from 2012 it would seem the shielding employed by the particular device is the only thing that mitigates its effects.
