USB3 External HDD compatible with new iMac?

Ok i just got my new iMac and my existing Stardom USB3 enclosure freezes up my finder, does anyone know of a compatible external USB3 HDD?

I dont have an imac, but the WD my passport works great with my rmbp.

Thanks i ended up getting a "WD My essentials" 3TB USB3 drive and it works perfectly. Now to find out why my stardom enclosure does not work...

My wife uses a Trendnet 4 port power USB 3 hub on her rMBP without problem.
