USB3 to eSATA cable - what to buy?

As the title states - I am looking for a good way to use USB3 from my MAC to an external device that offers up eSATA. There are several products out there but some don't fair well with MAC and fall back to the speed of USB 2.

If you can recommend any product - I would greatly appreciate it.

What's the device? Do you need port multiplier support?

If you only need it a couple of times, perhaps it's not worth it to buy quality stuff and you might as well get it from a cheap Chinese site:
