HI All, Like title says, I want to use my watch 8 on 2 different iPhones at the same time for messages and call notifications etc. Watch OS is on latest. iPhones are 15 Pro Max and iPhone 8.

Yeah definitely not possible. The watch is paired with one phone and if you ever tried to pair it with another phone it would make you unpair it with the first phone before you could proceed any further with the setup.
