Resolved Use 2 soundcards for surround?

Hi,
I was thinking if it's possible to simulate surround (4.0) using two sound cards on a Mac. I have an USB sound card, in addition to the onboard one. i was thinking if it was possible to split the signal between the sound cards to produce surround.
I've messed with the MIDI audio config, but when i create a multi-output aggregation, it plays stereo through both soundcards.
