Use 24inch cinema display w/o MDP

I was about to buy a new GPU, but realized it's ports were MINI HDMI, and two Dual Lunk DVI. Is it true there is no way to convert signal from any of these ports to a signal for my cinema display? The comparable GPU with a minidisplay port is too big for my case. Thanks
