Hey guys,

so i have an old ipad 3 lying around, and i dont want to spend money on an apple tv or roku.

so i already have the hdmi adapter for the ipad, all i need is a way to navigate ios and netflix from the couch, any suggestions?

Thanks :)

Where did you shop for those? I found this one on NewEgg for $55. Would it be able to Airplay HD content from my iPad to my television?

It uses an A5 chip, which makes me suspicious of its capabilities since that's less than what's in the iPad3 which was crazy underpowered.
There was just one here in the Marketplace for $35, and I bought one a year or two ago here for $40.

I've never had any issues streaming anything to my Apple TV from my old third-gen iPad, although I honestly don't know if I've been trying to stream HD stuff.
