Use Apple earphones (and mic) with phone (RJ11 connection)

I want to use my Apple headset (earphones and mic) with my telephone in work which has a RJ11 connection.

I have been searching Google and eBay but can't seem to find an appropriate adapter?

I have managed to get a RJ11 adapter with 2 Female 3.5mm jacks (1x voice, 1x audio).

So, if the above is not possible, I need an adapter with 1x Female 3.5mm and 2x Male 3.5mm. I can't find these anywhere...
