Is it possible to programmatically disconnect from the iPhone hotspot [AppleScript or shell script]?

I have a Keyboard Maestro hotkey that does some actions in preparation for shutdown including turning off wifi, but unfortunately if Mac is connected to iPhone, the iPhone still shows the hotspot as being active :p
