Is it possible to use Backup to transfer settings such as keychain and some of my internet prefs, etc. to get a jump on configuring Panther?

I used backup yesterday. It spanned over 4 DVDs, I backed up all of my stuff. Anyways, keychain, Safari, bookmarks (from .mac), iCal, stickies, iTunes (songs, ratings,playlists), iPhoto (pics, libraries, settings) Tons more. I am thouroughly impressed. Yay PANTHER!!
