I have eyetv 3 software, an eyetv hybrid, a 950q, and an hdhomerun prime connected to my imac 2012. I have the hdhomerun and eyetv hybrid connected to cable and my 950q connected to a digital antenna. I am having problems getting eyetv to only use the 950q for digital antenna channels and use the other 2 devices for cable. Right now in testing to accomplish this I had to create an osx vm using parallels 8 with eyetv 3 as the only application. And then I connected the 950q to the VM for digital antenna only channels. This is not a good way to do this. There should be a way to assign devices to signals.

Has anyone had this problem and/or know of a better solution?

thats rediculous. I guess I'll have to stick to the VM running eyetv. Maybe I can create a script to move the created files to my real imac.
