I just got an iPad2. I am interested in syncing it to my work PC for Outlook and to my Macbook Pro at home for movies, photos, apps and music. Is this possible?

Can't sync to two computers in the stock config; no idea if it's possible if you jailbreak.
If the only reason to sync to your work computer is Outlook, why not just set up your work email on your ipad? No need for sync, the ipad can talk directly to an Exchange server via the OWA interface.
