Use iPhone 3GS as personal wifi hotspot for iPad 2???

Ok so I have a jailbroken iPhone 3GS running 4.3.3 and I was wondering if I could use it as a personal wifi hotspot without MyWi? I just upgraded my JB from 4.0.1. I was using tetherMe before.

I really just want to have a wifi hotspot for my wifi iPad. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

tetherme on 3GS only gives bluetooth and USB connection. You can use bluetooth to tether your ipad2. That's what i am doing.
