Now that the iPhone is finally on LTE, does anyone know if we will be able to get a micro sim card on Verizon's Data Only shared plans and pop it in the iPhone 5? I know people are able to pop the New iPad's active sim card into any 4g Android phone and receive data only service, but with the sim being a new standard I was curious if anyone out there knows if I could do such a thing.

I currently share a data only plan with my entire family, using iPads as our mobile data devices and carrying along a dumb phone for talk/text purposes. This way data is $20 or less a month (per person) and they can act as hotspots to boot. I was really hoping for a 3/4g enabled iPod Touch, as lugging an iPad around for data can get annoying. Anyways, just curious if anyone has any info. Maybe the iPad Mini will be in my future if it has 4g...

I'm looking for the same thing. I will pay full price for the iPhone 5 if I can do data-only, no contract. Can anyone answer this?
