Use iPhone 6 Plus on a TMobile Network

I am selling a friend my iPhone 6 Plus which I bought on the ATT network. The phone is paid off and I have since had the phone unlocked.

My friend who is on Tmobile is currently using an iPhone 5. Does she simply need to take the nano sim card from the iPhone 5 and insert into the iPhone 6 Plus? Or does she need to get a new sim card from Tmobile?
