Use iPhone as a trackpad mouse?

Is there a way to use the iPhone as a trackpad like mouse similar to the Magic Trackpad?

you would think there would be a JB app. the apple remote for ATV has this option.

There are many apps available in the official App store that function like this.

I use HippoRemote and AirMouse Pro. Work great.

AirMouse works great

I would also recommend Rowmote pro, it has the trakpad but also allow you to control other stuff, like launch apps, Apple remote, and much more. Check it out

Airmouse Pro is buggy as hell for me. Connects sometimes but most of the time fails to recognize my PC. Logitechs touch mouse never has this problem, but that lacks volume controls. I'm using touchpad elite now and it's pretty awesome.
