Use iPhone on the computer.

I was wondering if there was a way to have the iphone screen display on my computer. Be able to control it though my computer like with the mouse and such. is there a way to do this.? if so please help me.

I don't think there is a way to control your iPhone from your computer, but you can download the developer SDK from apple, and you can run the iPhone simulator, it isn't your iPhone, it's just an iPhone.

I've seen people doing this on many youtube videos, but i was just wanting to find a way that didn't involve internet connection. Say through my usb or something along those lines.

I have looked at this. And it will require wifi on both the iphone and the computer. I'm looking for one that doesn't use wifi. just say the usb connection the phone has.

I'd like to control the phone on my car computer

Unfortunately, VNC isn't the fastest, so watching videos or playing games over it isn't going to work great.
