So you would rather spend hours looking for software to do this without jailbreaking plus hours to work out the kinks to get it to work instead of spending 20 dollars for a cheap usb wireless adapter.

1) I was asking a question.....hence what forums are for

2) I have an ipod touch i dont use....so why not use it and save 20 bucks

3) I have tried a dongle in the past and encountered NOTHING but problems

If you don't use it then why don't you sell your ipod touch and buy a router?
