Use iTunes to customize home screens??

Will I ever be able to use iTunes to customize my iPhone panes. It is annoying to have to drag a few dozen icons into different positions. Any developers think it could be done. Add an preferences pane in iTunes to customize the iPhone icons?

It would definitely be cool to see apple add a feature like this to itunes.
