Use laptop/desktop dual display?

Is it possible to use a laptop as a "second monitor" with a Mac Mini? Here's what I'm trying to do:

Use my 11" MBA (latest model) with my Mac Mini (late 2010) in a "dual-screen" setup. I don't need to share files between the two computers, only to share screen space. I have a feeling this isn't possible, but thought I would ask anyways. Thanks in advance!

Only over the network (so there may be speed/latency issues). Software like Screen Recycler is what you need.
