Use other iphone 3GS to unlock and/or jailbreak my one

Hello guys! I would like to start by apologizing for my bad english but i'm portuguese..

I have 2 iphones 3GS, one jailbreaked with blackra1n with 3.1.2 and 05.11.07 bootrom and another one with all the latest updates from apple iOS 4 and so on..
I know that's already possible to jailbreak the iOS4 if you have a 3.1.2 already installed or 3.1.2 installed via SHSH blobs.

So, i would like to know if it's possible to jailbreak my updated iphone using the other one.. Like making a complete clone!

Sorry not possible.
Shsh blobs are unique to each iPhone.
