Use rMBP as extended monitor?

I want to use my rMBP as an extension for my windows PC. There are apps that allow you to do so with the iPad, but the one for the mac doesnt seem to function for me.

Thats what I looked at. Does anybody have any suggestions to make this work? I want it to work over WiFi.
