Use stride to bypass forgotten passcode?

I am in dire need of help here....im locked out of my iphone and i dont know the passcode. (the reason is irrelevant) Is the only way of solving this problem to restore the phone?
and a side note: i have the tweak "stride installed on my phone, i just did not have it enabled, and those of you who are familiar with it know that it can bypass your passcode if stride is being used. now here is my other question: can i enable that mobile substrate addon manually through ssh or ifunbox?

I could be wrong, but as far as I know, the only way to recover a phone with a forgotten passcode is to restore it. Hopefully, it recently backed up to iCloud so that you will not lose any data. That once happened to my iPad, luckily it had backed up the previous day so I didn't lose anything.
