This is the first thing I did.. Well after I put a case and screen protector on haha.

1. Select color
2. Rotate phone on all directions
3. Check for dead pixels

What's the point of putting your screen protector on before testing it? If your screen is defected you'd lose that protector. Also it can be harder to inspect the screen.

uh if there's dead pixel there's dead pixel... no screen protector will cover that. LOL
 
He meant if your screen was defective and you had to get a new phone, you'd lose your screen protector.

I did that once on my iPhone 5 didn't test my screen out first installed Zagg
later found out I had a dead pixel on screen wasted screen protector.
