Hey guys,

So I have a situation where I need to install programs on a usb drive for the time being. I don't need to take out the drive at any time. I just need to be able to install a program on the drive and launch from there. Can I do that OSX? I know I can on Windows, just choose the drive as the installation folder and you're set to go, but I don't know much about OSX. Is there any way to install a program on to the flash drive (and I repeat, I will not have to take out the drive out of the my computer at any time).

Thanks in Advance.

Use USB as installation disk for programs?

If app does not have installer just drag and drop it into usb drive. That's it.
