Use webcam of Windows laptop on Macbook

Hey,

Is it possible to use the build-in webcam of a Windows 10 laptop on my Macbook Pro? I really don't like the quality of the build-in webcam of my Macbook Pro. I'd like to use the webcam of my Windows laptop for Facetime, since there is no possibility (as far as I know) to have Facetime on Windows 10.

I don't see how you could replace the built-in camera in any practical way. You can get a clip-on camera, though.
