Use your iMac as a wireless router for xbox live ?

I know this is possible on the macbook's but is this possible on the iMac's ? i can't see a reason why it would be any different but the step by step instructions i have seen on the internet are all for macbooks.

Any body have instructions for iMac ?

The instructions for iMacs, Macbooks, Mac Pros (with Airport card), and Mac Minis are all the same.

Why can't you use the instructions you've seen for Macbooks?

System Preferences-> Sharing -> Internet Sharing, click "To computers using: Wi-Fi." Also see Wi-Fi options to set a password for your Wi-Fi.
