Used 24" ACD Price

I've been creeping around local craigslists for a while and found a 24" ACD (refurbished) and the seller is asking $415.00. Anyway, it has a small foam corner mishap (see pics below) and I was wondering how easy of a fix this is. I've read that you just need some suction cups to lift the magnetic front glass off and you can re-attach the foam, but I was wondering if anyone on MR has tried this? So far the price has been negotiated to 350.00 and I'm contemplating this, most likely will pick it up if he has the original box.

I'd buy it personally.
if it is like the iMac with magnetized front glass, easy fix.

I'd buy it too as long as you don't plan on pairing it with a 2011 mac - several people getting black flickering only on Thunderboldt equipped their computers. Myself included.

Looks like an easy fix.
