Used iJailBreak on iPod Touch, Left ~700 MB in "other"

I used iJailBreak on this device version 0.4, went successfully, and I noticed when I plugged into iTunes I saw that there was a chunk of 770 MB all the sudden in "Other"

Anyone know how to get rid of this? Didnt see this so high on 1.1.1 or 1.1.2.

I found a 279 MB file in /var that is named disk0s1.dd
