Used iPhone 4 cost after iPhone 5 launch

Hi. I live in Portugal, and I'm thinking of buying an iPhone 4, after the iPhone 5 comes out. I wanted to ask how much do you think the iPhone 4 will cost in the used market after the iPhone 5 comes out?

And do you think it's worth buying it on EBay or something? I don't know how much would the shipping cost, so I don't know if it would be worth buying in Portugal's used products websites, or on EBay.

Can I have your opinion please? Thanks.

I normally buy "last years' model' 2nd hand in the weeks between the announcement and launch. A couple of years ago I got a 16 GB 3G for £230 and last year I got a 32 GB 3GS for £300 (and sold the 3G for £190). I'm hoping I'll be able to get a 32 GB iphone4 for around the same £300 mark 2nd hand. I might be disappointed though as the cost of the iPhone4 is higher than the 3GS (a new, unlocked 32 GB iPhone4 costs £612 at the moment).

Even if the iphone5 comes out I don't think the iphone4 will go so much down in price, provided that it'll be upgradable to iOS5 also is another reason.

To the OP's point of EBay shipping: watch out. A lot of slimes will have a great sounding price until you see they're charging $200 shipping!

Agree!!! afther all every single iphone has been more of the same crap in a different package. Well 3 and 3gs had even the same package LOL.
