Carrier Used other line to upgrade to 6, how do I activate phone?

Have 3 lines with att, my line wasn't available for upgrade, but another line was so I used that upgrade to get iphone6. When I pick up the phone tomorrow, what is the correct order to activate the phone?

Do I connect the phone to my comp and activate it to my line or do I need to take it into Att to have them put my line on the phone
