"used" rmbp 13

I've found a few listings for "used" rmpb 13 that say that they're still sealed. Does this seem legit? I know fry's was selling them for that price for awhile but it makes me a bit nervous ordering something that says it's "sealed" without seeing it.

Just use a credit card to buy and you'll be covered if its fraud.

if its on amazon, I would only buy from someone with many positive ratings. I wouldn;t buy the one on there from the guy with 1 rating.
