Used someone else's upgrade now what

Ok so i used my Moms upgrade on her line to order the iphone 5 so i could get it for 299, anyways when ordering it asked for a change in my plan i chose the options for the plan I'm currently on 4gb/ hotspot Verizon. What do i need to do so that when this phone arrives it gets activated to my number instead of hers and doesn't activate another data plan plz any help would be appreciated

I did the exact same thing. all you do is go to verizon store (or supposedly you can over phone) and ask them to switch phone to your line. Doesn't cost anything. Takes 2 minutes.

say what you told us here, and they will say "oh you want to do a device swap" then you say yes
