Used Verizon 800 number to order from again.

Not sure why not many people go this route, I spent an hour last night online trying to order a phone as an upgrade phone, at the same time I called the Verizon 800 number and just waited on hold for about 30 minutes so I could order a second phone for my son. Using the 800 number was much easier, just like when I ordered the iPhone 5 2 years ago.
