Check out the existing threads on here, other forums.
Look at the multitude of reviews on youtube.

Obviously its also down to your interests and tastes as to what apps/tweaks you may choose.
Its an interesting world so go and explore it.

Maybe then you should be posting in the "ios6" forum pages.
As ios6 is in beta and is being tested out by developers I'm thinking apps will be hit and miss with updated apps to not conflict with ios6 coming. If your running ios6 and not a true beta developer, hence your posed question then hopefully someone in the ios6 site can direct you further.
