is it possiable to use ipages on a PC im currently working on a project with my partner who uses Ipages and has mac im useing a PC so right now only one of us can edit the files is there any way to install Ipages or allow both people to edit the files when we email them back and forth?

The application/software/program is called Pages, part of the iWork suite, and no, it can't be installed in Windows, unless one uses a Virtual Machine.
Pages is able to save and open MS Word (part of the MS Office suite) documents, thus your Mac partner should save it as .doc before sending it to you and you send your edited .doc document back to her/him.
