hey there, recently i just got my iphone 3gs glass screen fixed and about 4-5 days later i pulled it out my pocket and the screen was white. so i reset it and it work fine for bout an hour. then i tried restoring my phone and now its completely useless. the screen wont turn on and when i plug it in to the computer it just says its in recovey mode.

You're probably locked in a recovery loop, or atleast that's the first thing that came up my mind. You can kick it out with some progs. Like RecMode ( http://www.addictivetips.com/mobile/fix-iphone-4g-recovery-mode-loop-windows-mac-linux/ )

Doesn't the company that 'fixed' your phone give you any guarantee? Contacting them first would be a good step if you haven't done that.
