Usenet, Which client and any tips?

I've recently looked into using the usenet just under curiosity. is there any users of it that know of a good free client and any tips on getting lists ect...

SABnzbDPlus is what i use and is pretty good, ive found mac to be slightly lacking in good free usenet apps compared with linux/windows

Duff-Man says....if you just want something simple and basic to poke around with - and free of course - have a look at MT_Newswatcher as well. I just use that for the little time I spend on usenet these days....oh yeah!
