Dear all,
I have a MacBook pro, Mid 2012 currently running Sierra. It has been a perfect machine all this time.
It has three account logins, mine and two others. The built in account 'guest' is disabled.
It recently developed a habit of insisting that I have no WiFi hardware fitted during boot up - but only some of the time. Sometimes it occurs after sleep sometimes from cold. After multiple boots the Wi Fi will come back and work fine.
On the occasions that it 'loses' the WiFi hardware it also loses one of the logins - it's simply not there on the account select screen. When the WiFi comes back, so does the account. I have reset both start up environments. All accounts work fine when selected.
I am at a loss to imagine what this is. Has anybody else had this problem?
Thanks for reading this.
