'User' account missing and User CP blank

I've lost a user account from the OS X login screen, but the other two admin accounts show up. I logged into my admin account to find out if the other one had been deleted and upon entering the Users control panel i'm presented with a blank box.

The computer is shared between users but the only other person who used it only has a user account which, as far as I know, cannot change system settings to cause this effect.

Anyone know what's going on?

Console gives this when I try to open the user accounts preferences:

I removed the netinfo database and let it restore a new one, seems fine now.
