User Agent String for Apple Mail

I have Exchange 2007 with OWA and ActiveSync, behind ISA 2006, and would like to block Apple Mail clients from being able to connect to the EWS virtual directory so they cannot download mail / contacts / calendar etc.

Does anyone know what the User Agent String is for Apple Mail?
