Hello. I am considering whether to buy an up-coming Mac Pros (with two CPUs) or get a high-end PC with only 1 CPU (Core 2 Quad or one i7). As a reference, I am looking for user experience on existing systems. As far as I remember, the Nehalem-based Mac Pros came out in March. How do you like the current generation of Mac Pros? How the increased performance changes your life? Do you see hugh benefits in using a Mac Pro with Nehalem CPUs? How a system with Core 2 Quad Q9650 (3GHz) compared with the current Mac Pro with a 2.93 GHz or 3.33 GHz Xeon 3500? I suppose the up-coming will be "much faster" than the Xeon 3500. Thanks.

Why do you compare an "old" Core 2 Quad CPU to an Core i7 Xeon? The fair thing would be, to compare an Core i7 to Core i7 Xeon.
