Yes. As long as you did a backup of the entire filesystem, you should be OK.
It should be contained in the /Library/Caches directory. There will be a number of files located here, but if you have icon previews on, you should see its preview immediately. As an example mine is located here:
/Library/Caches/com.apple.user501pictureCache.tiff
