Yes. All apps in the Applications folder should be shared.

When installing an App, you rarely have the option to install for "all users" or "just this user", in which case you could choose to limit usage to only yourself.

Applications is not a Users subfolder, it's equal to Users.

/Applications
/Users/*username

You only really have exclusive access to any files that are in or below *username.

Is there a way to share the same software when setting up two users on an iMac?
All users have access to the same apps, unless you install an app in your ~/Applications folder or if you use Parental Controls to restrict a user's access to certain apps.

Never mind...i found what i was looking for in another thread...i just picked up my first iMac today and i won't be going back to that other worthless system :D
